My guess would be no as I've never seen cigars at any of the airport shops. Now I haven't been in the duty free area so I can't say with certainty but I imagine you could Google duty free shops at Orlando International Airport.
If you're planning on being in Orlando and not just flying through they have a cigar store I'm sure has them. The name is Corona Cigar Company. The entire store is a humidor and advertised as the worlds largest humidor. The place is huge and has a nice smoking lounge and bar. Their website says they have Opus X Cigars.
Corona Cigar Co. is the leading retailer of premium cigars, accessories, and gift sets. Shop with us online, and visit us at one of our four Florida Lounges.
Florida has some great prices on cigars and you probably will be able to find them at other cigar stores for less money because I have found Corona to add a little because of their name and nice store. Unlike Cuban's I don't think you have to worry about those in other stores being fakes.

Well, you know, flights to the U.K. always leave the states in the evening and cruises always get in very early in the morning. Just saying.
