Abu Dhabi Airport

Going on a trip to India on Monday with Etihad. So I have a stop in Abu Dhabi both ways, I just looked up what shops they have at the airport and started drooling and nearly fell of my chair when I saw they have a shop called World of Cigars.

Anyone been to the shop is it worth getting excited

It's worth getting very excited about....I was last there about three years ago...selection not as varied as it is in Dubai airport (the greatest cigar duty free shop in the world!), but prices are brilliant. Prepare to splash some cash!

My sister lives in Dubai, so will have to give my mum and dad a list and some money when they go over to visit her. What are the prices like there?

Have a good time Mo, I don't know about Abu Dhabi airport but I know Dubai prices are offensively low so it wouldn't surprise me if things were similar. You will find out soon enough though, have a safe trip!

Hi all got a internet connection sorted finally. So an update on Abu Dhabi airport cigar world shop, it is a very nice little shop with a large walk in humi. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They have the usual selection of main stream Cubans nothing special. Also a collection of NC mainly davidoff and AF.
The prices are very good I got some to smoke while here and plan on getting some on the way home.
i got the following approx prices

JLP cazadoros ?1
cohiba pirimide extra ?21

all fresh boxes at most four or five months on them we'll stored from what I can see.

If you are in Abhu Dhabi there is a La Casa in the 'Mall of Abhu Dhabi". They had a tonne of aged stock at the same price as it has always been. I picked up '98 Fundy Lanceros at abut $14 per stick.

I got a box of each the JLPS for giving to people here as I am sure they will want to have a cigar.

i have given a list to my parents as I am coming home before they are so will be well stocked!!!
