Air France fly you from Manchester to Paris then on to Cuba. Usually the cheapest, but everything bar the wine selection is appalling.

The last couple of years for me through Charles de Gaulles has been a breeze. 2010, 2011 was awful during construction. Since then it has been no problem at all. Decent smoking areas, great cigar selection in the humidors. I had no problem at all with it. Food is pricey but so is every airport. That's what they do, they have you.

Was the story not that he sent one of his secretaries, Pierre Salinger, out to buy some Petit Upmanns, 1000. Salinger managed to get 1,200 then the embargo was signed.
That story was told by Salinger, it's on a youtube video, filmed in London. In the background you can hear the laughs of some of the older Hunters guys.
