I'm due to jet off to gran canaria next week and obviously want to take advantage of the cheap prices,now being new to cigars and not being loaded in not ready for boxes yet and like the idea of trying plenty of different varieties and sizes to see where I'm at,so looking to buy pairs(1 to smoke,1 to age),and 10's of cheaper everyday smokes,this is the current stock in the humi,

So I'm just wondering any obvious candidates whilst cheaper prices i need to add to try and good candidates for cheaper humi fillers,

How do you rate the Quintero? Also seem a little cheap for the size so generally avoid.. Am I missing out here??

Also keep an eye out for quesada its non cuban but brilliant, comes in robusto short robusto and corona, if you have a choice get the corona

I'd say definitely grab some Favouritos if they're available. I picked up a couple of cartons whilst away a little while back and for the price, they're a goer. Tbh, I've smoked a few that were poor tasting, but the in the main they were worth the purchase. IMO, even with the not so good ones, I'd rather have a crap Cuban than a crap NC any day of the year. Don't expect too much from them and you'll be right Bubba

Very kind of you.. There is a little wine merchant down the road from the office. Think they were about ?10 a stick so will grab a few for sampling
