Great place to buy cigars. Sine good ships in the town and an amazing shop at the airport with exceptionally good prices.

The regional edition Ramon Allones Phoenicia is well worth picking up.

Comparable. However the shop at Beirut airport is even better than those in Dubai, although if you dress like a tramp (as I do) expect them to watch you like a hawk and then look rather stunned when you spend some serious money.
