I'm looking to do a short break in Europe. Where's the cheapest place to buy my duty free allowance ?

I want to take the wife to be somewhere but I want to make sure that the cigar collection can be fed to the maximum allowance without costing a fortune. She fancies Barcelona but how do they compare to say buying in Cuba?
Using the PSD4 as a benchmark of circa ?110 for 25 where do I go to get closest to that ?

Depends on how much you're going to spend on your holiday, Geneva is a great place to spend a few days. Plenty of places to visit (Red cross, UN, museums) and the cigars are very cheap with plenty of cigar lounges. The only down side is that the city itself is very expensive, the price of food was insane the last time I went.
If you do go for a few days you could do what I do and go on a Kebab diet, only about 9 francs or less for a filling meal!FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS SMOKE NC'S!
