So I was reading an article on CA with the new CEO of Davidoff, Hans-Kristian Hoejsgaard, and in one of his answers to a question he states:
"In Switzerland, you can buy a membership for $10 per year and go to 165 bars and restaurants and smoke."
A quick Google search does not bring up anything obvious, so I was wondering if anyone else had heard about this?
