Off to Calpe via ALicante at the weekend to spend a few days with the old man.

Anywhere good round the area worth checking out?

If you rock climb; the penion (sp?) has some great routes on it... the seagulls are a nightmare though.

There is an excellent rertailer in the main street in San Perdo Del Pinatar, but that is the opposite direction to where you are headed.

There are good retailers to be found in most medium sized towns, just keep your eye open for the Brown and Yellow Logo(from memory) which all of the retailers appeared to have. Prices are good and are set by the concessionaire/importer/Government, so you should not get ripped off.

Definately some bargains to be had.

Found a few, nearly bought a box of Sancho Panza Torpedos, I usually don't bother but asked them to open the box, then noticed the labels were torn already, they were busted 4 on the top row had broken feet.


Shame though.

Then got a cold so didn't really fancy smoking too much.
