A lovely 5 X 50 Robusto smells hay like on the pre light on the dry draw hay and ooh a touch and I mean touch of cocoa nice.
She lights lovely and is a treat very grassy hay like on the initial third very Cuban esque which its designed to be as we get to the second third a slight earthy cocoa hit very nice and not at all what I expected from this.
The retro grassy and slight white pepper spice ever so slight and as we get into the final third the cocoa earthiness increased the retro increases the white pepper spice but nothing beyond medium on this a nice cocoa coffee earthiness and the white pepper lends itself to an almost spicy nut note very nice considering this is meant to be a budget (for the UK) smoke it's grand very flavourful a nice relaxing smoke.
If you are looking for Cuban flavours this is a Nicaraguan stick that really lives up to its Cuban seed label very old school in taste and appearance its grassy hay like profile develops that spicy earthy coffee/cocoa flavour in a really nice transition highly recommend for UK prices.
Next review will take the form of video but can't say when it will be but this Picadore very good the criollo and corojo seed are present and noticeable. Again for a budget stick this is worth the purchase very pleased with this smoke.
