I had a RASS for the first time last friday and it was really enjoyable, infact it made me want to order a box there and then. It was with some friends and over some cards so my attention wasnt fully on it, but it smoked nice, ash was great, even a mate said , cor yours is smoking well. Some tunnelling! about just after half way, very unusual for me, its normally coning, but it could of been how I was holding it during the duration of the card games.
Ive got another one after trading with daverave so im happy that I can test one out so soon from the last, ON my own this time so I can dedicate my attention to it. Got a real nice impression from the RASS, and hope the second is even better.sigpic

Welcome Back?

Senor sic (sicnic),
I thought you quit the leaf ( tobacco leaf, often used to refer to cigars or puros)?

I finally chose something shorter then usual and tried this last night. I enjoyed but I cannot see myself selecting this over a Hoyo E2 very often. Then again that is rare choice, I tend to default to the double corona, I just love that smoke whenever.
T."In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love, they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock!"

I tried the bolivar RC last year, what a bloody good smoke it was.
Was recommended the RASS by the guy in the cigar shop in Gibraltar, he said it was his favorite smoke. I only bought two and they're still sitting in the humi. they do look good, lovely oily wrapper...mmmLover of fine Cubans since 2006

A Real Classic Puro!

A Classic Robusto, no doubt, senor BJ. I have a few sticks left from a box I bought in '02 that I almost returned because the wrapper was slightly pale-green and the quality of Habanos was still suffering from the cigar boom, but they smoked fine, so I kept them. Now they are like a slice of heaven!
