10 Dollars and change in Barclay Rex on Lexington. I am sure it would have been cheaper elsewhere but.... I wanted to smoke it there and New York rents are expensive
A very good looking cigar substantial looking. I chopped the end off which I am now told was wrong apparently you can just crack the cap with your fingers. Maybe for that reason the draw was just a little tight for the whole smoke.
The cigar started strong and oily and just kept going, really satisfactory steady powerful and flavored. A very nice way to spend breakfast with a goodish coffee.
I just came back to smoking cigars after a nine year break and have been coming to the states a lot. The last time I smoked the NC cigars here they were really disappointing tasteless and sweet. This time I am finding them very good both the cheapish stuff like the El Original and the more expensive.
