Details:-
Size: Robusto, Torpedo
Origin: Nicaragua
Wrapper: Ecuador
Binder: Cuban Seed Habano
Filler: Cuban Seed Habano
Measurements: Robusto: 5x50, Torpedo: 6X52
Made by hand from cuban seed tobacco, there are a limited number of Habanos puros that can be produced each year. This is a medium bodied smoke.
Construction:- 5/5
The construction on this cigar is solid and sturdy, but without being packed too tightly with tobacco, which is definitely a good start.
Draw:- 5/5
This cigar has got a nice light and smooth draw, which makes a nice change from having a cigar that requires the suction of an EF5 tornado, to get any smoke lol.
Aroma:- 2/5
There is a mild and pleasant aroma of cedar, but other than that, I couldn't get much aroma from this cigar.
Burn:- 16/20
Burns pretty well. but does burn a little uneven throughout, but this isn't a majoy problem for me and so I'm still happy to give a slightly higher score.
Ash:- 3/5
The ash stayed on the stogie pretty well, but was a little bit crumbly and didn't really stay solid like you would find on most cigars, which was a slight downside, but not really a majot problem, just a bit odd.
Taste:- 45/60
There is a nice mild taste of cedar and also a slightly spicy taste, but that's about all I can taste from this stogie and although it's a nice mild smoke, it's lacking in some flavour and so I don't think that I'll be buying a box of these cigars, but they are still a nice stick to enjoy on occasion, but that's as far as it goes for me.
Overall:- 86/100
Nice cigar, nice mild flavour and good constriction, but the flavour and aroma of the cigar are a little less, than what they could be, which does take away from the overall enjoyment of the cigar, but it's still a cigar worth trying if you prefer the milder smoke.
