one of the many benefits of being a member of the MCC is that is a private club that lets others use our club ground , in this case England. The club has a small section on the bottom tier in the pavilion (outside) that you can sit and smoke to your hearts content whilst watching the cricket. It also happens to be just in front of a bar !!
