Price Paid: Equivalent of around ?3 (or less) in Cuba.
Length: 4" Ring Gauge: 46
Number Smoked: 1
First Third: Had a really heavy ammonia taste, not totally unpleasant, but not that nice either. Some grass as well.
Second Third: Introduced a woody earthy taste with some light pepper.
Last Third: Best to last. Really strong pepper when exhaled through the nose. The woody taste continued with some spice and leather notes. Started to feel a bit creamy with some sweet vanilla notes merging. I think I detected something fruity as well.
Construction: Solid. Hold its ash until the last third. No splits. Only required a slight touch up to get the wrapper to burn evenly. Draw was tight to begin with.
Smoke Time: Around 40 Minutes.
Overall: A decent cigar with nice flavour I would love to try again. UK price is around ?9 for this I think it offers good value. It is quite a short cigar, but with that ring gauge it could be known as a little fatty. 7/10.
