This was the second box I ever bought I think. Very good! Nice with a Hendrick's and Schweppes tonic IMO.

Yeah, me too, Macker. I enjoyed it to about halfway then it got a bit too powerful. I let it go out and smoked the rest after a big dinner.
Better, but still bloody strong.
Think I'm more of a medium kinda guy.Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

I just smoked the second P2 from a box brought back from Cuba two months ago.
These cigars are A SMOKE!
I have to say I do love the D4, but the P2 has a real earthiness that the D4 lacks.
Probably seems a strange thing to state, but when you smoke a P2, you KNOW that you are smoking leaf / vegetable matter / quality tobacco. I can TASTE the leaf and the soil, I am sure.
I'm not sure whether that makes sense, but with some cigars you don't necessarily get the leaf-y taste.
This is a pungent brute that lets out huge volumes of thick smoke.
It smacks me about - and that quality is definintely a major factor in a cigar I will stay with over time.
I LOVE a cigar to be strong and to beat up my senses.

P2 is awesome, like a classy D4. Got some ageing (but also smoke great young).Originally posted by Simon BolivarLittle medical correction there Steve, you will surely die...but not from smoking these

ageing is the secret with the series P #2 . had a box that was only a few months old
and were OKAY but after two years they developed into an incredible smoke. since then have added several more boxes and plan to crack them open and 4 or 5 years and they should be priceless.
