Considering the amount of time it takes to get releases out (look at the RA898s) I don't think anyone can say with any certainty how old the tobacco used in a CC is; the box code specifies when it was stamped, not even when it was rolled (much less the age of the tobacco)
My understanding is that purposefully aged tobacco isn't used in regular production, but I wouldn't discount that aged by mistake tobacco may sometime find its way in
