Awesome review mate. I never tried these but they are on top of my list now. The flavor profile you described sounds delicious and right up my street. Funny that you don't like the retrohale. I pretty much retrohale most of my draws now as it intensifies the flavor so much.

I also retrohale the majority of draws as in my opinion it's the only way to appreciate the full range of flavours a cigar has to offer.

I had the Picadores from Por Larranaga yesterday. Absolutely loved it. Lots of floral and fruity flavours. Have you had that one before as well and how would you say those two compare with each other?

Ahh now that is interesting, I've been meaning to try that one for a while, I do love PL cigars. You recommend it then?

I haven't tried an other PLs but I can definitely recommend the Picadores. One of the nicest smokes I had this summer.... If only it wasn't so small...

I know the picadore is a corona extra , but coronas are to me a perfect size , you can always spark another one up if you want more

Update on the PLPC:

Just had another one and it was superb as per the one I had previously. The ending and start is packed full of caramel and I got a lovely sweet marshmallow note at times. Just as it was fading I got a lovely blast of vanilla and chocolate, they really are brilliant in my opinion.
This one was from Gibraltar so it was from a different box; with only a week in the humi and yet they are still amazing. Give it a year and these babies will be perfect I reckon!
