There are several factories that make cigars in the Canarian islands, what was once a thriving trade has dwindled in the last 20 years, in my experience they all make the cheapest Cuban seem like a flavour bomb, so if if flavour and progression your after then they are not for you.
If its a cheap smoke then you are in, if you put them in the humi they tend to go soft, so keep em dry, they come in bundles of 50 and cost about 10 Euro, yes thats right 10 Euro for 50, or about 16p each in UK money, for me they are far better than anything like HW or KE, but a couple of steps behind a JLP CAZ, very mild.
