I went through there when I ran the Liverpool marathon a few years ago, it would have been nice under different circumstances!

Hahahahaha! You have to remember that Canadians have a different idea of angry... Even what we would consider apathetic is practically seething to a Canuck...

Anyway... to the review! Managed to get around to watching it. Excellent stuff, thanks for taking the time to do it and then share it. Slight syncing issue and length aside, I thoroughly enjoyed it (personal preference on the length thing, I think 7-10 mins max for a one person review, 15 max for a group review... just me mind, you did a good job of keeping things interesting though). I particularly like the pairing tip, finding something which would accentuate each other strong points and flavour profile. You even had me salivating at the the thought of caramel and apples...
