Imperiales maduro by Leon Jimenez
So...Took this lil short robusto to the park with me.
Lovely thick dark oily Corojo maduro wrapper.

I punched this stick and the pre light draw was nice and open giving some rich tobacco/wood notes.
When lit it gave off lots of sweet smoke with a lovely woody taste, with a slight pepper hint.
The ash stayed as you can see for 3 quarters of the smoke. Burn was quite uneaven and needed touching up.
You can also see the wrapper started to unwrap slightly but this didn't affect the smoke.
I would buy these again as the price point is very reasonable, although still not hit the maduro highs of the Casa Magna for me.
