Quick update, 2nd El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme
This is a 2005 cabinet selection, the last one wasn't so pleasing, so i thought i should give it another try.Last third, classic Cuban profile appeared. Leathery and little spice on the finish. The smell turned into a toast like smell, which is my favorite.
First Lit, straight away i picked up some floral and earthiness.
First third, earthy and grassy taste. Reminds me of autumn field. Creamy texture with a long finish. Draw was very easy going, not much effort is needed to get a decent amount of smoke. Burn was a little wavy, which i believe is my own fault, anyone can help me with this problem?
Second third, smells very chocolaty. Picking up some orange peel, leather and earthiness. Very balanced smoke.
Passing the half way point, flavours developed slightly. The major tastes are earth and leather. Changed into a deeper tone, flavours are stronger but still going very smooth.
Overall, i seek great potential in aging, it take longer for the cigar to express itself in the right way, but i think the time is well worth it.
