Here's a review I stuck on cigar-reviews.org a while ago-great website if you haven't already found it, have tried many new sticks i wouldn't usually have bothered with based on the reviews.
I've not got the most refined or experienced palate so did my best to come up with some opinions.
Hope it doesn't sound too pretentious!
Beautiful looking cigar, lovely reddish tinge to the wrapper, no large veins or marks, double banded, it certainly looks the part. Very smooth opening, little or no harsh flavours despite young age. It seems much more refined than the Short Churchill. Cedar and light spice aspects as the cigars opens up. Middle 3rd is medium bodied with toasted nutty flavours and a little sweetness. Not much in the way of honeyed tones, more woody, dark cocoa. Final third increases in strength and a few bitter notes appear. All in all a great cigar, smooth, refined, thoroughly relaxing. Paired with a Balvenie Doublewood.
