Siglo III. Got it last December, so it's only half a year old........
It was decently bright and just regular non-rainy weather. Nothing to drink at all. Smoked alongside a mate and Use Your Illusion II (Guns N' Roses) playing in the background.
First look:
Pretty awesome, however, I can see exactly where the wrapper starts/ends. Almost never get these with the other cigars (or maybe only noticed this cause I wanted to document it, so i looked closer). However, the foot looks reasonable not stem-ish. Good tobacco. Odour still retains, smells like most my other cohibas actually. Doesn't seem to have too much of a difference........
Longer than the standard Siglo II/ Juliet II/ Monte 4s. These things are actually coronas
A very meh cut, did get nice draws off it, but it is still very meh:

Lit the thing with the splint FROM the tube. It was a tubed III.. Shouldn't make a difference, no?

Not bad. Good draws like I mentioned with them. Some people might chew me out on the "not bad" understatement. But that was exactly what it was: not bad.
Most people applaud how it's silky and smooth or whatever synonyms you can think of as well. Only every third draw reflected evidence of that. Otherwise, they weren't as noticeable...... Sad
Second Third:

Pretend the ash in the background is still attached
Got much stronger (or maybe it's just more intense) now. Chocolate silky smoothness is still being smoked in absentia. To my dismay...... Has notes of nuts and various scents of nature.. like trees or sap trees. It also has aromas of almonds (maybe there's cyanide!)
The more intense/ stronger smoke is quite welcomed. I enjoy its presence as well as the fact that it's not scorching the top of my palate yet. Unlike how the.....

..did. Annoying this thing was to keep lit. Relight count was 3 at the end of the cigar.
Got harsh and strong draws. However, it's not as harsh as say.. a RYJ #2 draw at the end. It still was palatable. But the bloody annoying thing burnt my palate. Still feeling it right now.......
Good for now. I enjoyed the last third more than I should've as it was getting harsh even with a 10 second cooldown time between draws....... Flavours remained unchanged except maybe the almond's gone.
End thoughts:
Disappointment overall. HOWEVER, for $9.00, it was an enjoyable cigar. The prices here in Toronto are around 40 dollars a stick...... It also has the novelty of changing the colour of the cap to adjust to how long you've been smoking it.
