Appearance\construction; The first thing to note on this compact stick is the plug of filer sticking out of the foot,

clearly this is intentional; it shows on my 3 sticks + the retailers website. The rest of the cigar is smooth, oily, and of course very dark. It is firmly packed with no hard or soft spots. Pleasing rich tobacco aroma.

Pre draw was firm but not hard, leaving traces of spice on the lips.
For me the cigar had 2 stages;
1\2 Lots of cool smoke, rich earthy dark leather flavours. Ash was clean and white, burn very consistent. Am loving this smoke.

2\2 Ash fell at 2 inches, now getting some white pepper on the tongue, smoke is now stronger and richer with some coffee flavours coming through. Cannot get the band off so will only smoke it to there. A pity because there is no heat anywhere, right to the band the smoke is cool with absolutely no harshness whatsoever.
Conclusion; I loved this little smoke, rich, dark, and very cool. Apart from the ragged foot the construction was superb, burn was almost perfect. Lasted 40 minutes, will definitely be getting more.
