The term, word, descriptor, "package" can easily be explained...If I must.
Throwing the term "Bomb" written or otherwise around where I work is like yelling fire in a crowded theatre. I had almost put it on the outside of the box when I realized the hours spend in front of my General, not to mention putting back on my Major's rank, wasn't quite worth it...lol!
