Eggies Guessing competition

OK its time for me to run my own little competition...

This is for all members who have met the criteria to send PM's which means you must have a minimum count of 25 posts.

Competition is open to any member whichever side of the pond you live on.

All you have to do is guess what alcoholic beverage is mixed in with the 'Bayern Himbeer Eis' which is the rather large ice cream dish thats in the picture. (which was my daily snack on holiday).

You should also try and name the contents of the bowl because in the event that the alcohol has not been guessed, then the nearest description of the bowls contents will win instead.

Im going to hold this competition open until Saturday 11th September in just over a week. Competition closes at 7pm that evening UK time.

The prize will be a packet of 5 Romeo y Julieta Tubos No2's.

As to the contents I see stawberries, ice cream, spray cream, hundreds and thousands and a bit of wafer.

I'll take a stab at 'Chambord - Raspberry liqueur' as the alcohol.
Also, Regarding the other ingredients. . . strawberries, (maybe a raspberry or two?) chocy bits, a wafer and cream?

This may be a long shot, but I know Germans like their beer. So, I will guess beer as the alcohol.

Lots of ice cream, cream, strawberries, wafers, and chocolate sprinkles... Damn, I am hungry now!

My guess is Himbeergeist for the alcohol and as for the other ingredients: strawberries, raspberries, raspberry ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and wafers
