Only reason I haven't confirmed is I'm thinking that's going to be a tricky time for me to commit too.

Like previously suggested, this isn't going to take all night, Mid week would work well for me, particularly Thursday anytime, I can do Wed also, any from 8:30pm on.

It's not that I don't want to, I just could not commit when I was unsure, and still am for Sat.

Well, short stacked Sit & go tournaments are high in luck factor..... and I'm sure other BOTL have an idea how to play too..

Mid week might be a better option.... they only take 1-1.5hrs to play, 8.30ish works better for me.... would be better on Pokerstars or Microgaming network, I think for a $3 buy-in, reg fee is $0.30 (better than 25% as mentioned) but I don't mind if you guys prefere Full Tilt!!

What do you want to do as far as the cigars go?

some suggestions:

we put in a stick each. if its a 6-player, winner takes 4 cigars, 2nd place 2 cigars. If its a 10 player, winner gets 6, second gets 3, third place keeps his own!

We could double the amount of cigars too, and go with 2 each.

i dont mind what site we play on i only suggested ftp cos thats where i play. we can get a double stack game so it gives us a little more time and less luck involved

A few suggestions.... if you set this up as a MTT it will start at a prescribed time with what ever numbers turn up, likely to be less than 10 in any case so it will play the same as a S&G, this is a bit more flexible, you could maybe have 20 min late reg! 1500 chips and 10min blind levels should be ample, not sure what kind of flexibillity is available on full tilt, pay outs as suggested - upto 6-2, upto 10-3 upto 20-4, as it's just for a bit of fun, doesn't matter if they end up on the shallow side, you need to decide whether this is UK only or open to all, bearing in mind postage etc. Cigar wise - Cuban's only or open to anything?

I think it should be open for all. A cigar doesnt weigh that much, I'm sure it wouldnt be more than an extra ? or two to ship over to the far side of the pond.

As for Cubans only or open to anything, we have to bear in mind that not everyone can get Cubans... We are all grown men, I dont think anyone will send out dog rockets!

That sounds fine, maybe we can get something up for Thursday! I've not set up private games on ftp, so not sure how long it may take to sort, they have a unique blind structure with some extra levels so 6 mins may be fine, I can do the set up for MPN or stars, let me know if you would like to give those a try, otherwise ftp is fine if you can sort it alec.

Why not set something up and see how many turn up! you could do the first one buy in only if you like so those new to the software can try it out first....
