A cuppa is a slang term for a cuppa (cup of) tea. A Victoria sponge is a cake (plain sponge, jam and cream filling, icing sugar on top), a slice of which is often served with a cuppa during "afternoon tea", which is a light meal typically eaten between 3pm and 5pm.
