Feeling a bit better today...just waiting for the labs to come back and see what it is as I'm still cramped up. Doc said something about Kampala something-or-other, can't remember exactly! I kid you not I've spent so long sat on the khazi this week my arse is actually bruised.

But it looks like I'm on my for Sunday. Fingers crossed the weather should be good enough to enjoy a quick cigar with a pint after the parade!

oh you had kampilio bacter eneteritis... dont know how its spelt, its caused from eating contaminated meat thats been to close to raw or cooked stuff.. cross contamination.. i had it once but ended up in hospital with it.
