Do we form a cigar smoker physical 'type' on here?
I mean thiose of us who aren't adolescents?
I'm just sitting here picking the breakfast toast crumbs from between my teeth before I start a thoroughly boring paperwork work-related task. I don't know whether to smoke a Cuban monster during this job, or to wait til afterwards. I'm in shorts as we're supposed to get up to 18 degrees today. So St Tropez.
I think I will smoke myself senseless throughout to avoid falling catatonic.
I've seen my neighbours and they have tree surgeons in. They are turning 60 so have decided to go "low maintenance" and are having a number of established trees cut down. This is very sad all round. It makes me think something has clicked on in their heads which is telling them they must prepare to die soon. They are only 60, for fuck's sake!!!
Anyway... The removal of a couple of these trees has revealed my smoke shack a bit so now when I lope off down the garden for a tangy one, my neighbours might see me sitting there smoking incongruously. Sometimes I'm down there for a large one just after sunrise of a weekend and now I might be able to see their near-death masks staring at me weirdly over the wall.
Not quite sure what to do about this. May lob in a snap later.
Apologies. I'm on a break from work and just don't feel like frying the Ofsted statistical omelette.
