Yesterday I posted a thread re the sourcing of Spanish Cedar in the UK and to ask if anyone could help out with some cedar inserts out of cigar boxes to use in my temporary coolbox humidor.
I got a number of very useful responses re the wood for which I'm very grateful.
I also got a message from Craig (aka Whisky77) asking me to pm re inserts.
That I did and after a couple of messages he said he'd sort some out for me.
Now here's where the "above and beyond" part comes in. Bear in mind we only got in touch yesterday afternoon. Lunchtime today, doorbell rings. Postie (a nice helpful one. (Si)) there with package bearing about a dozen cedar inserts. "Bloody impressive service Whisk" I hear you say. Well thats nothing, not only has the guy put himself out to do that for me, an unknown BOTL, but he's only gone and included 5 beautiful cigars as well.
Correct me if I'm wrong Craig but think we're talking 1 Monte Edmundo, 1 Bolivar Belicosos, 2 Juan Lopez petite coronas and 1 Condal (which on the basis my brother in law stays there I think hails from the Canaries)
