Just a thought but we could always get everyone to donate a stick and a few quid so the pressure is not on one member for the raffle

Yes PB, a stick per member would be a great idea. Plus you have to have donated to get in. There was similar on one of the walks, but the prizes were split into three from memory.

So how does this raffle work?

Everyone sticks some money in and a stick and the money is used to buy a box of something nice? Winner gets the box and sticks? Or is the money for upkeep of the site and the winner gets the donateed sticks?

my suggestion was to share the pain of providing the prize not a condition of entry. Perhaps a side draw to reward the prize providers?

It was just nice and simple, throw in your entry money to Cohiba through an appropriate way, Cohiba waits till the pots full and then buys a load of cigars and the top three or five win prizes, with first place winning a nice box of cigars, last time Bryan picked winners out of hat via video and posted footage onto site, Its alright as raffles go to be honest, good stuff.
