FYI The Maduro no.1s were released in 2015. So maybe first two box codes are wrong way round.

Once again a lovely display! Just in time for Easter where hopefully the weather is now opening up for us all to be able to enjoy a smoke!
    .--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

          Bunny bomb has landed!

Some great age on those Cubans! In particular I?m looking forward to trying the 8-9-8 in order to broaden my Partagas experiences, and to open my mind/pallet - which was one of my aims this year! Also, great to have a few new NC to try [emoji106]

Thank you very much, mystery bunny!

I'm pretty sure that the 8-9-8 will make a Partagas lover out of you Greg!

To be fair I have been enjoying the few Aristocrats I’ve had lately. I need to snag some Lusitanias soon, as they seem to be the most revered! I also may have a box of P2s on the way...

That's good to hear! And your going for the good stuff that Partagas has to offer on top of that. I'm pretty sure that you will be on the hunt for a box of the 8-9-8 as well.

Imo the 898 is more consistent than the lusi. Had lusis from about 5 different boxes and they ranged from stunning to mild crap. Definitely worth a try tho, i think the lusi is a stick you have to try at least once!

Thank you for the tips, I’ll try and grab a good looking box, though I guess the truth a cigar isn’t revealed until the smoking!

The Oliva is a fantastic cigar. Dry fruit notes.

The one with the band in the middle... I think I have seen that before. Unless I am mistaken, you cut that in half and smoke it as two cigars...

Dry fruit notes sounds right up my street ! I was reading about Toscano last night, and you're right you can either smoke it as one, or cut it down the middle and have two shorter smokes - which is a novel idea, and i will be intrigued how the wrapper copes with the cutting

                        Thank you for the tips
