I'm sure the poll mechanism only lets me have ten options so I will have to weed out a couple of entries I'm afraid gents. Where photos are very similar in concept I will choose the first person to have entered it unless someone has a better idea.

With all due respect, I think that's unfair and disrespectful to entrants and kindly suggest you might find a work around PeeJay. The idea is for members to vote for their favourite picture, not for you to 'weed' entries out.

Perhaps run two polls and make it clear on both pages that there are other choices? You could link each of them to the other

That's one option but of course it could fall foul of someone voting in both polls. Alternatively I'll just put up all the pictures, everyone can just post their vote and I'll tot them all up at the end. That would be completely transparent too.

Fair point about the duplicity and transparency. We wouldn't want anyone voting for their self, again

oops, I thought voting had started in the thread when I saw tommy's comment.
Says midnight on the 29th in OP Peejay
