@oskihen i enjoyed my stick this afternoon in the calm before a thunderstorm. I drank a nice black tea with it, which seemed to accentuate the tannins in the stick.
I found it to have medium weight beginning which had hints of zest in it. In the middle of the stick i got a really nice hit of dark caramel peanut brittle. I also got pleasant mellow spice.... Kinda like picking out lemongrass savoury in a thai dish.... Nice! there were hints of not oversweet caramel all the way through. At times the burning edge of the wrapper almost glistened as if the sugars were caramelising.
good steady burn, needed correcting just once, and it produced a decent volume of quality smoke for a modest size stick. I left it in the envelope and packaging until i smoked it, so kinda dry boxed it a bit, which Delivered it deliberately a touch dryer than my usual... I am trying things a bit drier having previously preferred wetter smokes, and feeling a need to experiment.
i am going to confess, i dont know what it was! Smaller than i might usually go for, i dont think i've had one of whatever it is before, but i would very definitely smoke again. Keen to learn what it was! Cheers @oskihen a good choice thank you

Meant to also say, where my postie had obviously given it a crunch, a few days rest had seen it spring back to a regular shape.... So clearly a stick in good nick! thanks!
