As someone with newly acquired pm privileges, can someone enlighten me on what the protocol is for participating in the COTM? Had a quick read through this thread but still not clear. Perhaps a mod could make the reply a sticky? Happy (potentially) to participate in future by hosting a month, but it would be good to know the rules.

I don't think I have anything in enough quantity with enough age to host this year unfortunately, I'd be happy to next year at some point however.

The host buys a box of cigars; something he's happy to keep any excess of, then supplies them without bands to all the participants at a price that covers the cigar, packaging and postage. The players try to guess what it is over the month.
