Ah, I was in the middle of trying to make a witty come back about that meaning no one has average I.Q. but realised I wasn't sure if I should be using half or halve and therefore figured out which side of the line I was and kinda lost interest.......

Depends what average your using.

By the standard average of mean then it could be almost any number of people either side, if your using mode then it will be far far far less than 50% either side. Median is most likely to give you a 50/50 split but still unlikely.

Range is bloody stupid so I won't even go there.

Looks like I'm dealing with the lower portion.

So there is only one average person in the world and everyone else is above or below? Quite possibly depending on how you measure average.

Most likely in this circumstance you would measure everyone's IQ (bad judgement of intelligence.) then the most recurrent number is your average, so say 30% of people measure a certain number that would be the average and everyone else left over will be above or below.

Yeah a lovely Portuguese "Paseo 2012", now I'm a good way into a "Carlos Rodriguez Morum Rioja"

Both lovely and while Rioja or Tempranilo is usually my favourite.... The Portuguese took it tonight I think

Yeah..... One for me, one for me style.

I would agree off the back of this, I have never had much Portuguese wine as I was always told it was crap and that's why it got made into port.

My other revelation was Greek wine, more specifically Red from Rhodes..... Bloody lovely.... Can't find any over here though!
