BIRTHDAY BOMB UPDATE

Can I suggest that people can only join in at the start of the year. It's not realistic to expect everyone to do it every year so any that join after their birthday are effectively just being charitable with no return. IMO it should be run for a year at a time and everyone that wants in has to join now.
Under those rules, I'm in for another year but I don't want to end this next year in this position of feeling bad because someone didn't get bombed.
