I made a good gin, could give you a recipe for the tincture if you like. I used mine to make slow gin too, it was pretty rewarding to make my own gin from sugar and water and some botanicals then convert it to slow gin. I have maybe six ounces left and been putting off drinking it. This year I'm making it from shop bought gin again. I am getting a still soon but want to get the design just right. Also feeling poor as a church mouse right now.

Just tasted the Damson Gin, a lot heavier than a gin and more like a liqueur. Once the alcohol hit subsides it has a rich taste of damson and is very warming. Delicious, well done Marc, two successes there mate.
