  • So that was fun and I'd be more than happy to another month in the future but now I hand the baton to Marc for August

    • Well done lads. Great to see it went so well. And well done to John for a successful start to the club : thumb:

Might I suggest a whole new thread for the second run? Even something as simple as ?Cigar Of The Month Club: Month 2?? By all means carry on posting about cigar #1 in this thread but as soon as discussion of #2 kicks off, please start a new thread. It would keep things nice and simple and would be great for archive purposes

I make old fashioned Alcohol stoves out of them.

http://zenstoves.net/Stoves.htm all the info you could ever need.

Honestly though if you want small function then go straight for the Pressurized Jet alcohol stove.

All you need is two cans, a 1p coin, a thumb tack, a handful of perlite (garden centre) and some Methylated spirit.

If you want I can send you one? Though they are plenty easy to make. They burn for upto 25-30 mins if you put enough maths in and because they are pressurised they get as hot as a gas hob.

I have a colleague going to Germany for work soon and he's kindly offered to bring something back for me.

                              • Gladly and as I'll be buying in advance I can step in at relatively short notice should anyone need me to.
