Normally I agree with you - I find it just gets in the way of the Premier League, but I do think there is something special about the World Cup, its still the top competition as far as I'm concerned

Is anyone else interested in taking part? We need one more player to be able to draw two teams each

Obviously if more than one more person wants to get involved please do - if we don't get the full 32 we'll do something like the best performing team

Basically we each draw one of the teams playing at the World Cup, and whoever draws the team who ultimately wins it gets a cigar from everyone who entered

I'll post up the full set of rules closer to the time

The point is that each team in the tournament will be in the draw - even if they're unlikely to win - part of the fun is that some people will get no hopers
