To be honest I think that its something that's very difficult to organise so I'm impressed you all stuck at it

Edit: what might work next time is for the first person to pass to someone and they nominate the next target, who in turn nominates the next person when sending the cigars on etc, but everything remain anonymous (so people will have to send packages anonymously as well) so passes come from UKCF rather than a member, it might be a nice surprise and will just be ongoing, it could be quite a nice idea as no-one will know when they are getting a package and if you feel someone has made a good contribution recently you can reward it with a pass

Some rules will need to be in place (like being on your bomb list for addresses), and we would need to say that at least 5 (?) passes need to have taken place before that person can be passed to again, which would require people to confirm when they've received a pass, but that way it would ensure only active member will get a pass,. It will be slightly more difficult to monitor (but not impossible)

Edit (again) - except they will know who nominated and passed as you would posted that you received one on here so lets forgot the anonymous bit (I should have thought the idea through before posting!)

No reflection on how you ran it PeeJay (You did a sterling job, tanks for running it.) But a look back at the thread as a whole gets me thinking it was a bit of a bust.

Yeah I posted a pic in another thread then forgot to post here, I didn't really have enough time to give this full attention. I'll be out next time. I like the birthday bombs but they keep me busy enough.
