I found another one last year based in Tel Aviv. (I'll dig it out when I can). I'm not sure how it all works, they sell online, but ordinary Joes aren't allowed to buy from them. I guess there has to be some sort of check to prove the buyers are Diplomats or Embassy workers. Christine is a Local Government Housing Officer, but I don't think that counts. There you go, our Taxes = their Perks.
