  • Simon Bolivar's Falklands Cigar Quiz

To thank those that have been posting on my Falklands Story Threads, this quiz is ONLY open to those members who made a COMMENT on any one of my Falklands episodes from Part 1 – 13 before today. The prize includes Cohiba Lancerous ‘00, POW ’98, R&J Cazadores ’07, R&J Tubos No2, Monte Petit Tubos, Carbon Copy Shorts & some Nubs.

All questions are related to Havana Cigars or Cuba. Regularly used abbreviations on the site are used in questions & answers. Letters & numbers must fit in with the numbers in brackets. Some questions are really just clues for crossword style answers. All answers should be available on the UKCF Site or usual Cigar books/internet reference sites.
    >>
Competition will run until Sunday 1st July@20:00 or until someone gets all correct. If nobody gets 100% then the highest scorer will be declared the winner. In the event of a draw, the first poster will win. In the event of any dispute, my decision will be final, just like I tell the wife!
    >>
To Score, post on this thread with your answers, list number of the question then the answer, ie just the ones you have an answer for. I will confirm the correct answers as we go along. I don’t expect anyone to get them all, if you get in clear up the easier ones a dozen correct may be enough, if several members get stuck in the winner might have only half a dozen. Anyway have some fun & have a go.

Great competition Simon! I haven't got them all, but at least this should make the winner's job a lot easier! If he feels like rewarding me with a cigar or two I definitely wouldn't say no! (only joking, I enjoyed this quiz and that's a reward in itself). I should probably go and do some work now....

Cheers Smokey Dave, your off to a good start with 4 correct answers. You now have these questions, anybody repeating them afterwards, will not get the points. You can answer more questions if you come up with any other answers, good luck.

Hi Crusse, an excellent effort sir! Don't worry you have only helped yourself, I have found 10 correct answers, not counting the ones Smokey Dave already guessed correctly. If you can get a few more you could be a very early winner. NB Question 10, Keep thinking.
For those following please only answer the questions without a name at the end of it.

Was my answer to question 3 (Bolivia) not correct then Simon? I'm surprised about that one, I was fairly sure.
