Guess the Cigar rest

The Heavens opened 10 minutes into a Chinchalero Novillo this afternoon and i was forced into my workshop to finish my smoke, anyhow whilst there i spotted a would be cigar rest, i had to dismantle it from it's previous incarnation into its present one, now the Question is

? WHAT IS IT FROM?
