OK, Back to topic.

Although not perfect (in the absence of other suggestions), the 50 count rule seems the most sensible one.

Previous threads have outlined a few guidelines such as:
(These are just examples - participents or the OP should decide if any are of use)
A two sticks min (some ask for the inclusion of at least one Cuban),
A closing/posting deadline,
Overseas members included (or not)... etc.

Perhaps the OP might want edit his first post and add a little more detail so people know what is expected.
It might be useful in recruiting more participents and getting the thing 'kicked off'.
