Was there a requirement for a minimum post count on this bomb? as I notice there were people wanting to participate with less than 50 posts.

Maybe the 50 post req isn't enough?

Sad to see a great idea turning sour, lets hope there is a genuine reason for the delay and not someone taking the p**s!

An idea well intended, but a car crash waiting to happen from post 1.

The Mods position would be quite awkward too. They can guide, cajole, shame and in extreme situations ban. What they can't do however is MAKE anyone who has no intention of doing so, behave in an agreeable manner.

The Forum 'Stick in' is simple, well conducted and generally has Mod involvement. The lesson learned is I think is to stay with that, and don't try to recreate it in some other form.

The time has passed for giving the errant member(s) the benefit of the doubt... time to 'name and shame'.

That's the participant list T_montana posted at the beginning. Is it possible that's the explanation?

Actually I think not. There are 4 question marks and also 4 names that haven't been confirmed as bombers yet. Pairs are only needed when the swap is bidirectional between pairs.

For example:

Ok right yeah, it can still work with odd numbers as you point out, ie everyone just sends to the person next to them or below them and then the person at the end just sends the the person at the start....
