maybe one of the rules to play is that you must put back the same standard of cigar that you took out other wise could end up with only crap cigars left

      Yeah that could work.

I could put a value sheet in there also, so for example if you take a Oliva serie O but you only have Cubans, just swap it with a cheap Cuban maybe a JLP or something.

The idea behind this was to give people a chance to try cigars they wouldn't normall try.

I was also going to add a free section so each person could grap a couple of sticks.

I think this is a time-honored and essential part of the process.

I would suggest the following rules:
        1. All postage must be by special delivery, insured with tracking number posted on the forum (20-30 sticks lost in the post is not good and will leave a very bad feeling)
        2. You can only swap for an equivalent or better stick. If in doubt proposed swaps should be posted on the thread for a quick approval. This is normally a pain-free process
        3. A tupperware with foam should be fine, everyone must take care with packaging and handling to ensure sticks survive.
        4. You cannot swap quantity for quality. two ?5 sticks do not equal one ?10 stick
        5. Always turn the box around quickly (think 2-3 days). If you know you cannot do this post and let everyone know
        6. There should not be more than two of any particular stick in the box at any time.
For me this would only be of interest if it is all CC's, the NC's do nothing for me.

As always JMHO but probably advisable to be clear upfront and try to avoid any potential issues.

Is there a reason why they can't..

I for one won't join in as new project takes me away from home again, but I really do think it's a great idea..

Just leave the NCs in the dark cupboard
