    If you generally like a good forum try this..

    A lot of you will probably already know about this little gem, but for those of you who don't, check out www.reddit.com . Its a forum where people vote up and down stories the like/don't like.
    I warn you now that it gets very addictive, i find myself trawling through page after page when i should probably be sleeping.
    There are lots of different sub categories as well www.reddit.com/r/cigars is all about cigars, there is a lot of chaff in this section but every now and then a rather in depth review can crop up. Nearly all American so not much Cuban chat, but its nice to see what else is out there.

    Ooh, very interesting Pleevy - I have to admit that I'd been wondering what on earth the little Reddit symbol at the bottom of all my blog posts was about. Now I know. Now, I'm not sure of the geography around London (I pretty much know the narrow strip which leads into the capital from the West Country), but if Rayleigh to central London is a reasonably straightforward journey, I'd be happy to buy you a birthday cigar in a 'proper cigar shop' on Saturday morning... click

          Thanks very much. That is a mighty fine offer but I actually have guests over on the Friday night and i am off to another party early Saturday afternoon as soon as the hangover has subsided a little, otherwise i would have been there with bells on. You are indeed right, Rayleigh is a short journey from the big cheese. I would definitely be up for a 'proper cigar shop' visit in the future though
