I see that there's an auction coming up. Is it worth a punt for some aged stock, or is there too much chance of getting something too dry and shrivelled? I've got one of those in the house already! Many boxes are sealed, so... . Has anyone had experience of an auction's purchase results?

I think Mitch takes quality control seriously but there is always a risk with old cigars (like wine) that they can be expired.
